摘 要:为探明叉角厉蝽(Eocanthecona furcellata)成虫对菜青虫幼虫的防控效果,开展室内试验研究了叉角厉蝽雄成虫对菜青虫3、4、5龄幼虫的捕食功能反应和搜寻效应。结果显示,叉角厉蝽对菜青虫的日最大捕食量随后者相应龄期幼虫密度的升高而增加,符合Holling-Ⅱ型圆盘方程,搜寻效应随猎物密度的增加而减弱。经研究发现叉角厉蝽雌雄成虫对菜青虫低、高龄幼虫均表现出良好的捕食、搜寻能力,具有较好的控害潜力和利用价值。Eocanthecona furcellata is an important predatory natural enemy.The present study sought to elucidate the control effect of adult E.furcellata on Pieris rapae larvae.To this end,the predatory functional response and searching effect of adult E.furcellata on the third,fourth,and fifth instar P.rapae larvae were studied in a laboratory setting.The results showed that the maximum daily predation of E.furcellata to P.rapae increased in accordance with the density of the prey,thereby conforming to the Holling-Ⅱdisc simulation equation.Concurrently,the searching effect of E.furcellata decreased in proportion to the increase in prey density.The results demonstrated that both male and female adults of E.furcellata showed effective predatory and search capabilities to young and old larvae of P.rapae,indicating a promising potential for their utilization in pest management.
