摘  要:电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)商品化仪器问世已近50 a,已成为元素分析的重要工具,广泛应用于环境、材料、地质、冶金等各个领域。回顾ICP-OES仪器的发展历程,并针对ICP-OES的观测、降本增效、样品引入、降低干扰等技术以及对在环境、食品、地矿、金属、无机非金属、化学化工样品中的应用进行综述。近些年,激光诱导击穿光谱(LIBS)、微波等离子体发射光谱(MIP-AES)等其他一些分析方法相关研究逐渐增多,它们具有成本相对低、测试通量大等优势。然而,这些研究中有很大一部分方法研究最终仍通过ICP-OES进行验证,这充分说明ICP-OES分析结果的可靠性。未来,ICP-OES仍有很大提升空间,如仪器小型化、车载化、智能化等相关研究方向。Inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy(ICP-OES) commercial instruments have been available for nearly 50 years and have become an important tool for elemental analysis,widely used in various fields such as environment,materials,geology,metallurgy,and more.The development history of ICP-OES instruments was reviewed,and a comprehensive overview of techniques such as observation,cost reduction and efficiency improvement,sample introduction,and interference reduction in ICP-OES was provided.The application of ICP-OES in environmental samples,food samples,geological and mineral samples,metal samples,inorganic non-metallic samples,and chemical and chemical engineering samples was summarized.In recent years,researches on other analytical methods such as laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS) and microwave inducted plasma atomic emission spectroscopy(MIP-AES) have been increased.These methods offer advantages such as relatively lower costs and higher testing throughput.However,a large portion of these research methods still require validation through ICP-OES,which fully attests to the reliability of analytical results provided by ICP-OES.In the future,there is still considerable room for advancement in ICP-OES,particularly in research directions such as the miniaturization,vehicle-mounting,and intelligent operation of the instruments.
