摘 要:传统的阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)由于阳离子单体沿着分子链是随机分布的,以及疏水油性胶体与亲水CPAM分子链之间的相互作用较弱。作为絮凝剂效果往往较差,可以通过在絮凝剂的骨架中引入疏水基团的方法来进行改性。采用在水溶液中具有自组装能力的表面活性单体丙烯酰氧乙基二甲基苄基氯化铵(DBAC)合成一系列絮凝剂(PAD-9/PAD-6/PAD-3)。通过红外光谱FT-IR和核磁氢谱^(1)H NMR表征其结构。结果表明:加入PAD-6和PAD-3可显著提高絮凝性能,在80 mg·L^(-1)和p H为7.0时,PAB-6的浊度去除率达到最大值87.5%,好于市售阳离子絮凝剂JY-P。絮凝机理研究表明,电荷中和、吸附桥接和疏水缔合效应的协同作用起着重要作用。Because the cationic monomers are randomly distributed along the molecular chain,and the interaction between the hydrophobic oily colloid and the hydrophilic CPAM molecular chain is weak.So traditional cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) is often ineffective as a flocculant.A series of flocculants (PAD-9/PAD-6/PAD-3) were synthesized from surface active monomer acryloxyethyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride (DBAC) with self-assembly ability in aqueous solution.The structure was charact-erized by FT-IR and ^(1)H NMR.The flocculation test showed that the addition of PAD-6 and PAD-3 could significantly improve the flocculation performance.At 80 mg·L^(-1) and pH 7.0,the turbidity removal rate of PAB-6 reached the maximum value 87.5%,which was better than commercially available cationic flocculants JY-P.The study of flocculation mechanism shows that the synergistic effect of charge neutralization,adsorption bridge and hydrophobic association effect plays an important role.
