摘  要:采用沉淀法分离回收废旧三元锂离子电池正极材料酸性浸出液中的有价金属镍、钴、锰,实现浸出液中有价金属的高效分离,实验首先确定了各离子的沉淀顺序,再通过单因素实验确定了最佳实验条件。结果表明:最佳沉淀顺序为先沉淀镍,再沉淀钴,最后沉淀锰,沉淀剂分别选择丁二酮肟、1-亚硝基-2-萘酚、碳酸钠。在最佳实验条件下,镍、钴、锰的回收率分别达到98.81%、96.83%、89.72%。将所得到的沉淀物以500℃煅烧3 h,最终以NiO、Co_(2)O_(3)、Mn_(2)O_(3)的形式回收。The valuable metals nickel,cobalt and manganese in the acid leaching solution of the cathode material of waste ternary lithium-ion battery were separated and recovered by precipitation method.The precipitation sequence of each ion was first determined in the experiment,and then the optimal experimental conditions were determined by single factor experiment.The results showed that the best precipitation sequence was nickel,cobalt and manganese,and the precipitating agents were butanedione oxime,1-nitroso-2-naphthol and sodium carbonate,respectively.Under the optimum conditions,the recoveries of nickel,cobalt and manganese reached98.81%,96.83%and 89.72%,respectively.The obtained sediment was calcined at 500℃for 3 h,and finally recovered in the form of NiO,Co_(2)O_(3) and Mn_(2)O_(3).
