摘 要:通过以FeC_(2)O_(4)·2H_(2)O以及SnO_(2)作为原材料,采用溶胶凝胶法制备锡掺杂的负极粉末,研究分别加入3种不同浓度的粘接剂对负极充放电性能的影响。结果表明:加入粘接剂PVA、HCPE、PVDF浓度分别为6%、2%、6%时负极的循环性能以及氧化还原性最好;加入6%PVA的负极放电比容量最高,在第30次循环达到583 mAh·g^(-1),同时,其负极的充放电平台最长、自放电电压下降速率最慢、阻抗也更低,使电池性能更好。By using FeC_(2)O_(4)·2H_(2O) and SnO_(2) as raw materials,the Fe_(3)O_(4) anode powder was prepared by sol-gel method and calcined at 800℃.The effect of adding three binders with different concentrations on the charging and discharging performance of the anode was studied.The results show that when the concentration of PVA,HCPE and PVDF is 6%,2% and 6%,respectively,the cycling performance and oxidation reduction of the anode are the best.Among them,the anode discharge specific capacity of 6% PVA is the highest,reaching 583 mAh·g^(-1) at the 30 th cycle,while the anode charge and discharge platform is the longest,the self-discharge voltage drop rate is the slowest,and the impedance is also lower,making the battery performance better.
