摘 要:在传统管内螺旋强化传热元件基础上提出一种新型内置齿状螺旋元件换热管,应用Fluent软件在低雷诺数下对换热管内的单液相中流速场和温度场进行数值模拟,并探讨了不同齿数对换热管传热性能的影响。结果表明:在开齿数C分别为2、3、4和5的齿状螺旋换热管中,在Re=800时C=3齿状螺旋元件换热管的PEC最大(1.420),优于传统传热元件以及其他3种齿数的换热管。A new type of heat exchange tube with built-in toothed spiral elements was proposed on the basis of the traditional spiral heat transfer element in the tube.Fluent software was used to numerically simulate the flow rate and temperature field in the single liquid phase in the heat exchange tube at low Reynolds number,and the influence of different tooth number on the heat transfer performance of the heat exchange tube was discussed.The results showed that,in the toothed spiral heat exchange tubes with the opening number C of 2,3,4 and 5,under Re=800,the toothed spiral heat exchange tube with C=3 had the largest PEC(1.420),which was superior to the traditional heat transfer elements and the heat exchange tubes with other three kinds of teeth number.
