摘 要:为解决热轧厂浊环循环冷却水系统在低含磷条件下抑制腐蚀结垢的情况及药剂消耗过大的问题,采用电化学工作站电位腐蚀测定和静态阻垢实验研制了热轧浊环循环冷却水处理药剂配方,并通过半衰期测定验证水处理药剂配方。工程应用结果表明,在40 mg·L^(-1)的投加条件下,碳钢平均腐蚀速率为0.0278 mm·a^(-1),新型低磷环保缓蚀阻垢剂半衰期为20~24 h,而一般缓蚀阻垢剂的半衰期为8~10 h,大大节约了药剂用量,降低了使用成本。新研制的热轧浊环循环冷却水处理药剂配方符合GB/T50050—2017工业循环冷却水处理设计规范的要求,能够满足生产需要。In order to solve the problem that turbidity circulating cooling water system in hot rolling mill can inhibit corrosion and scale formation under low phosphorus content and the problem of excessive chemical consumption,the chemical formulation of turbidity circulating cooling water treatment was developed by electrochemical workstation potentiometric corrosion measurement and static scale inhibition experiment,and the formula was verified by half-life measurement.The engineering application results show that the average corrosion rate of carbon steel is 0.027 8 mm·a^(-1) under the dosage of 40 mg·L^(-1),the half-life of the new low phosphorus environmental protection corrosion and scale inhibitor is within 20–24 h,while the half-life of the general corrosion and scale inhibitor is within 8–10 h,which greatly saves the dosage of the agent and reduces the use cost.The newly developed hot-rolled turbid-ring circulating cooling water treatment reagent formula meets the requirements of industrial circulating cooling water treatment design code (GB/T 50050—2017) and can meet the production needs.
