摘 要:氧化铝具有高硬度、高密度和抗腐蚀性等特点,球形氧化铝具有高耐磨性,在化工领域有着很大的应用价值。介绍了喷射法、模板法、气溶胶分解法、溶胶-凝胶法、水热法、滴球法和球磨法的球形氧化铝制备工艺和研究现状,并总结了不同方法的优缺点以及球形氧化铝未来在流化床反应器或流态化式催化反应中作为载体的应用前景。Spherical alumina has the characteristics of high hardness,high density,high wear resistance and corrosion resistance.It is widely used in industry,medicine and environmental protection fields,and is a very important high-tech material.In this paper,the preparation technology and research status of spherical alumina by injection method,template method,aerosol decomposition method,sol-gel method,hydrothermal method,drop ball method and ball milling method were introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of different methods and the future application trend of spherical alumina were summarized.
