摘  要:针对国内某新开发高含硫油田的液相及气相性质、工艺运行参数等条件,明确其高腐蚀风险的运行工况,为制定油田全周期工艺运行方案提供理论参考。通过进行不同采出液含水率、水质矿化度、温度、流速、压力以及气相含H_(2)S/CO_(2)条件下的腐蚀性研究,分析集输系统运行的腐蚀边界条件。结果表明:结合原油中硫成分的主要存在形态,气相中含H_(2)S/CO_(2)、采出液含水率≥70%,是集输系统达到高腐蚀风险的边界条件,对20钢的室内平均腐蚀速率达0.102 2~0.445 5 mm·a^(-1),腐蚀等级达中级至严重,在该油田生产运行中,需结合工艺需求提前采取防腐措施。Based on the liquid and gas phase properties,process operating parameters and other conditions of a newly developed high sulfur oil field in China,the high corrosion risk operating conditions were clarified,providing theoretical reference for the full cycle process operation plan of the oil field.The corrosion boundary conditions for the operation of the gathering and transportation system were analyzed by conducting corrosion studies under different water content,water salinity,temperature,flow rate,pressure,and gas phase H_(2)S/CO_(2) conditions of the produced liquid.The results indicated that,considering the main forms of sulfur in crude oil,the presence of H_(2)S/CO_(2) in the gas phase and water content of≥70% in the produced liquid were the boundary conditions for the gathering and transportation system to achieve high corrosion risk.The indoor average corrosion rate of 20 steel reached0.1022~0.445 mm·a^(-1),and the corrosion level reached medium to severe.In the production and operation of the oil field,anti-corrosion measures should be taken in advance based on process requirements.
