摘　　要：针对DJ1-7气井在实际生产中,由于温度、压力和气流速度的因素下易使排出液中盐达到饱和甚至过饱和的问题,从水样离子组成、Davis-Stiff饱和指数法结垢趋势预测、垢样分析确定结垢主要类型为氯化钠垢,考察不同盐结晶抑制剂种类、用量以及温度对盐结晶形态、结晶抑制率、溶解度的影响,并对优选出的盐结晶抑制剂进行现场试验与应用。实验评价结果表明:盐结晶抑制剂的添加使得氯化钠晶体变得疏松;在几种抑制剂中,盐结晶抑制剂HEDP对于氯化钠的溶解度增加程度最大,当加注质量分数为0.5%时,氯化钠溶解度提高7.6%;当HEDP的加注质量分数≥0.30%时,饱和氯化钠溶液温度降低至10℃时没有晶体析出,结晶抑制率达到100%。现场试验与应用效果表明:通过添加盐结晶抑制剂HEDP可以明显延缓结晶速率,将气井结盐处理7~10 d延长至两个月左右。In the actual production of DJ1-7 gas well,due to the factors of temperature,pressure and airflow velocity,it is easy to make the salt in the discharged liquid reach saturation or even supersaturation.From the ion composition of water samples,the prediction of scaling trend by Davis-Stiff saturation index method and the analysis of scale samples,it is determined that the main type of scaling is sodium chloride scale.The effects of different salt crystallization inhibitors,dosage and temperature on salt crystallization morphology,crystallization inhibition rate and solubility were investigated,and the optimized salt crystallization inhibitors were tested and applied in the field.The experimental evaluation results showed that the addition of salt crystallization inhibitor makes the sodium chloride crystal loose;among the several inhibitors,the salt crystallization inhibitor HEDP had the greatest increase in the solubility of sodium chloride.When the mass fraction was 0.5%,the solubility of sodium chloride increased by 7.6%.When the filling mass fraction of HEDP was ≥ 0.30%,there was no crystal precipitation when the temperature of saturated sodium chloride solution was reduced to 10 °C,and the crystallization inhibition rate reached 100%.The field test and application results show that the crystallization rate can be significantly delayed by adding salt crystallization inhibitor HEDP,and the salt deposition treatment of gas wells can be extended from 7–10 days to about two months.
