摘 要:建立了同时快速测定饮用水中六价铬(Cr^(6+))和高氯酸盐(ClO_(4)^(-))的离子色谱法。对比不同型号的色谱柱、淋洗液浓度和进样体积对2种离子的分离效果,最终采用IonPac?AS20色谱柱,柱温和电导池温度均为30℃,30 mmol·L^(-1)氢氧化钾溶液等度淋洗,抑制型电导法进行测定。饮用水水样经0.22μm聚醚砜微孔滤膜过滤后直接进样,前处理无需柱后衍生,操作简便。六价铬和高氯酸盐在1~100μg·L^(-1)时线性关系良好,相关系数r均为0.999 9,在进样量为500μL时,方法检出限(MDL)分别为0.095、0.37 0μg·L^(-1),满足我国《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2022)规定的限值要求。实际饮用水水样在低、中、高3个浓度水平的加标回收率分别为95.3%~101%、93.8%~99.8%和105%~112%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=7)分别为1.21%~6.34%、1.11%~3.26%和0~0.55%,说明该方法具有较好的准确性和精密度,同时检出限低、灵敏度高、稳定性好,适用于饮用水中六价铬和高氯酸盐的同时快速检测。An ion-chromatographic method for simultaneously detecting hexavalent chromium (Cr^(6+)) and perchlorate (ClO4~-) in drinking water was established.The effects of various column types,eluent concentrations,and injection volumes on the separation of the two ions were compared.Ultimately,IonPac AS20 analytical column was employed,the conductivity cell and column temperatures were set to 30℃,30 mmol·L^(-1) ptassium hydroxide solution was used as the eluent for isocratic elution,and inhibited conductivity was employed for the analysis.Drinking water samples were injected directly after passing through a 0.22μm polyethersulfone microporous filter membrane,without post-column derivatisation for pre-treatment,making it easy to operate.The two ions showed a good linear relationship within mass concentration range of 1–100μg·L^(-1),and the correlation coefficients (r) were great than 0.999 9.The method detection limits (MDL) for Cr^(6+)and ClO_(4)~-were 0.095μg·L^(-1) and 0.370μg·L^(-1) at injection volume of 500μL,respectively,meeting the required limits in China's standards for drinking water quality (GB 5749—2022).The spiked recovery rates were 95.3%–101%,93.8%?99.8%and 105%?112%for the three levels of low,medium and high,respectively,and the relative standard deviations were 1.21%?6.34%,1.11%?3.26% and 0.0%?0.55%,respectively.indicating that the method had good accuracy and precision.Precision,low detection limit,great sensitivity,and good stability make this method suitable for the simultaneous fast detection of Cr^(6+)and ClO4~-in drinking water.
