摘  要:钢铁产业是我国的重要产业,随着钢铁产业的规模扩大,钢铁污水排放也越来越多,为了降低企业成本,提高水利用率,需要研发高效的复合絮凝剂。针对此,主要分析了钢铁污水水质与处理方法,介绍了絮凝剂的种类,并且通过单一絮凝剂试验确定了PFCS与超高分子量阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺作为复合絮凝剂基底,最终通过复合絮凝剂钢铁污水处理实验确定了PFCS与超高分子量阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺的最佳配比为0.1 g/0.08 mg,并且确定了添加顺序、沉淀时间等重要参数,降低了钢铁污水处理成本,提高了絮凝效率,为后续研究奠定了理论与实践基础。The steel industry is an important industry in China.With the expansion of the steel industry,the discharge of steel wastewater is also increasing.In order to reduce enterprise costs and improve water utilization efficiency,it is necessary to develop efficient composite flocculants.In response to this,the water quality and treatment methods of steel wastewater were mainly analyzed,the types of coagulants were introduced,and PFCS and ultra-high molecular weight cationic polyacrylamide were determined as composite flocculant substrates through single flocculant experiments.Finally,the optimal ratio of PFCS to ultra-high molecular weight cationic polyacrylamide was determined to be 0.1 g/0.08 mg through composite flocculant steel wastewater treatment experiments,and important parameters such as addition sequence and sedimentation time were determined,which reduced the cost of steel wastewater treatment and improved flocculation efficiency,laying a theoretical and practical foundation for subsequent research.
