摘  要:针对电解铝制备过程中的能耗与效率问题,通过实验手段进行优化研究。选取某电解铝企业10台预焙阳极电解槽进行实验,采取结构优化和操作工艺调整措施。实验结果表明,优化后的电解槽在能耗和效率方面均有显著提升,熔化能耗平均降低15.0%,电解能耗平均降低9.9%,电流效率平均提升3.3%。本研究为电解铝行业提供了有益的技术参考。Optimization research was conducted through experimental methods to address the energy consumption and efficiency issues in the preparation process of electrolytic aluminum.Ten pre baked anode electrolytic cells were selected for experiments in a certain electrolytic aluminum enterprise,and measures were taken to optimize the structure and adjust the operating process.The experimental results show that the optimized electrolytic cell has significantly improved energy consumption and efficiency,with an average reduction of 15.0%in melting energy consumption,9.9%in electrolysis energy consumption,and an average increase of 3.3%in current efficiency.This study provides useful technical references for the electrolytic aluminum industry.
