摘 要:为了解决DP780热轧卷侧边长条裂口问题,取2种厚度规格钢卷的裂口试样进行断口分析、金相组织观察和电镜能谱仪分析。结果表明,裂口处组织为铁素体+珠光体,无马氏体组织,晶粒大小均匀,无明显脱碳现象,无氧化质点,无偏析元素富集。对铸坯进行切角比对试验,试验结果表明,铸坯切角对裂口无改善效果。通过轧制参数对比,最终确定,DP780热轧卷侧边长条裂口为精轧边部温度偏低,发生低塑性区轧制所致。In order to study the cause of the crack on the side of DP780 hot rolled coil,crack samples of two kinds of steel coils are taken for fracture analysis,metallographic observation and electron microscope analysis.The results show that the fracture structure is ferrite+pearlite,no martensitic structure,uniform grain size,no obvious decarburization,no oxidation particle,no segregation element enrichment.In addition,the cutting angle of the billet is compared with the test results,and it is found that the cutting angle of the billet has no improvement effect on the crack.The analysis shows that the crack of the side strip of DP780 hot rolled coil is caused by the rolling in low plastic zone due to the low temperature of the finishing rolled edge.
