渣洗料中单质Al的测定

摘　　要：因为CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)渣系具有很好脱硫效果,其主要成分有单质Al与C。为定量分析其单质Al含量,试样经过FeCl_(3)水溶液-氯化铵溶液溶解,使得单质Al与Al_(2)O_(3)得以有效分离。实验结果表明,测定单质Al的实验数据(质量分数)误差在0.30%以内。Due to the excellent desulfurization effect of CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2) slag system,its main components are elemental Al and C.To quantitatively analyze the content of elemental Al,the sample was dissolved in FeCl_(3) aqueous solution ammonium chloride solution to effectively separate elemental Al from Al_(2)O_(3).The experimental results indicate that the error of the experimental data(mass fraction)for measuring elemental Al is within 0.30%.
