摘　　要：针对公司生产的Φ16 mm热轧带肋钢筋在使用过程中出现弯曲裂纹的质量问题,对问题样品进行化学成分及性能分析、金相组织观察、能谱元素分析等,同时与炼钢工程师、连铸工程师交流分析,最终认为本次钢筋弯曲裂纹产生的主要原因在于钢水包的中间液面低于规定范围,在未加以控制的情况下按原计划连铸操作,导致中间包钢水液面下降保护渣卷入,造成钢筋中存在夹杂物。在实际工程应用过程中,对钢筋进行弯曲变形时,因夹渣处产生内应力而造成弯曲裂纹。结合本次质量问题制定3条建议,即强化炼钢及连铸生产组织管理与员工培训,加强中间包液面管控,在钢水低于规定范围时及时进行堵流操作,通过现场检查提高钢坯表面质量。本次改进方案的实施使得炼钢、连铸操作人员水平得到了明显的提升,钢坯质量提升显著,在此后的生产过程中生产钢筋未出现此类质量异议问题。The quality problem ofΦ16 mm hot rolled ribbed steel bar produced by the company is the bending cracks that appeared in the process of using.Through the problem samples for chemical composition and performance analysis,metallographic organization observation,energy spectrum element analysis,etc.,and at the same time with the steelmaking engineers,continuous casting engineers for analysis,and ultimately believe that the main reason for this rebar bending crack is the intermediate liquid level of the ladle is lower than the prescribed range,in the case of uncontrolled operation according to the original plan of continuous casting,which led to intermediate ladle molten steel liquid level drops and protection slag involve,so ther are inclusions in the steel bar.In the actual engineering application process,the bending deformation of the steel bar when the slag generated at the bending cracks caused by internal stress.Combined with the quality of the problem to develop three recommendations to strengthen the steelmaking and continuous casting production organization and management and staff training,strengthen the intermediate packet liquid level control,in the steel below the prescribed range of timely plugging operation,through the on-site inspection to improve the surface quality of the billet,through the development of the program steelmaking,continuous casting operator level has been significantly improved,billet quality to enhance the remarkable,in the production process since then production of rebar did not The quality of steel bars produced in the subsequent production process did not appear such quality objection problems.
