摘  要:基于轴承钢作为机械制造业中的关键材料,其性能的稳定性和可靠性对机械设备的整体性能至关重要,于是围绕轴承钢探伤内部裂纹和缓冷处理之间的关系展开研究。旨在通过理论分析、实验验证和数据处理等手段,揭示两者之间的内在联系,为轴承钢的质量控制与性能提升提供理论支持和实践指导。Based on the fact that bearing steel is a key material in the mechanical manufacturing industry,the stability and reliability of its performance are crucial to the overall performance of mechanical equipment.Therefore,research is conducted on the relationship between internal crack detection and slow cooling treatment of bearing steel.The aim is to reveal the inherent relationship between the two through theoretical analysis,experimental verification,and data processing,providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the quality control and performance improvement of bearing steel.
