采用超声波辅助技术的金属熔炼与铸造工艺改进研究

摘  要:基于超声波在金属熔体中的传播特性和超声波处理对金属熔体的影响机理,进行超声波辅助熔炼实验。结果表明:在金属熔炼过程中采用超声波辅助技术,能够显著改善熔体质量,减少气孔和夹杂物,细化晶粒结构。在铸造过程中采用超声波辅助技术,能够提高浇注效率,改善金属流动性,减少缩孔和疏松。采用超声波辅助技术后,铸件的抗拉强度增加了15%~20%,延伸率提高了10%~15%。基于研究结果,提出了优化的超声波辅助金属熔炼与铸造工艺流程以及适用于不同金属的工艺方案。研究成果可为金属熔炼与铸造工艺改进提供新的技术路径,具有一定的理论价值和应用价值。Based on the propagation characteristics of ultrasonic waves in metal melts and the influence mechanism of ultrasonic treatment on metal melts,ultrasonic assisted melting experiments were conducted.The results indicate that the use of ultrasonic assisted technology in the metal melting process can significantly improve the quality of the melt,reduce porosity and inclusions,and refine the grain structure.The use of ultrasonic assisted technology in the casting process can improve pouring efficiency,enhance metal flowability,and reduce shrinkage and porosity.After adopting ultrasonic assisted technology,the tensile strength of the castings increased by 15%to 20%,and the elongation rate increased by 10%to 15%.Based on the research results,an optimized ultrasonic assisted metal melting and casting process flow and process schemes applicable to different metals were proposed.The research results can provide new technological paths for improving metal melting and casting processes,and have certain theoretical and practical value.
