摘  要:回火炉的内部流场形态和温度场均匀性对回火处理效果密切相关。应用Fluent软件对一款连续式弹簧回火炉内部炉膛的流场和温度场进行数值模拟,分析流场形态和温度场均匀性。数值模拟定性和定量分析结果表明,该设备内部气体流动较弱,对流传热作用较小,温度场均匀性较低。针对性地设置了左右错开布置的风扇,改进方案后炉内流场形态改善,温度场均匀性提高。The flow field pattern and temperature uniformity inside a tempering furnace are closely related to the effectiveness of the tempering process.Fluent software was used to conduct numerical simulations of the flow field and temperature field within the furnace chamber of a continuous spring tempering furnace,analyzing both the flow field pattern and temperature uniformity.The qualitative and quantitative analysis results of the numerical simulations indicate that the gas flow within the equipment is relatively weak,resulting in minimal convective heat transfer and low temperature uniformity.Targeted improvements were made by arranging fans in an alternating left-right configuration,which led to an improvement in the flow field pattern inside the furnace and an enhancement in temperature uniformity.
