摘　　要：晋钢炼铁厂受原燃料结构变化和有害元素负荷升高影响,存在整体炉况稳定性较差、压量不适等问题,对此,于2023年9—12月实施铁前一体化、完善燃料评价、优化原燃料结构、改进操作制度、开展煤比攻关等措施,使得炉况稳定性大幅度提升,焦炭负荷由4.6~4.7 t/t提高至4.90 t/t以上,焦比由380 kg/t以上降到350 kg/t以下,煤比由150 kg/t提高到170 kg/t以上,降本增效成绩显著。Due to changes in the structure of raw materials and the increase in harmful element loads,Jingang iron-making plant has problems such as poor overall furnace stability and inappropriate pressure.To address these issues,measures will be implemented from September to December 2023,including the integration of pre iron,improvement of fuel evaluation,optimization of raw material and fuel structure,improvement of operating systems,and coal ratio research.These measures have significantly improved furnace stability,increased coke load from 4.6~4.7 t/t to over 4.90 t/t,reduced coke ratio from above 380 kg/t to below 350 kg/t,and increased coal ratio from 150 kg/t to over 170 kg/t,resulting in significant cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
