摘 要:达州钢铁1 780 m^(3)高炉于2021年4月年修后,出现炉况失常、炉缸堆积问题,主要表现为煤气流分布失常,炉内风氧波动大,产量低,各项经济指标下滑。针对此,从强化高炉操作和管理方面剖析,采取了改变冶炼矿石种类、锰矿洗炉、调整高炉四大制度等措施,使高炉炉况得以恢复,消除了炉缸堆积,高炉各项经济指标逐步向好。After the annual maintenance of the 1780 m^(3) blast furnace at Dazhou Iron&Steel in April 2021,abnormal furnace conditions,even furnace cylinder accumulation mainly manifested as abnormal gas flow distribution,large fluctuations in air and oxygen inside the furnace,low production,and a decline in various economic indicators.In response to this,analyze and strengthen the operation and management of the blast furnace,and take measures such as changing the types of smelting ores,manganese ore washing,and adjusting the four major systems of the blast furnace,which restored the condition of the blast furnace and eliminated the accumulation of the furnace hearth.The economic indicators of the blast furnace gradually improved.
