摘  要:秦皇岛首秦金属材料有限公司1号高炉自2004年开炉,运行13年后进入了炉役后期,高炉设备老化、炉型变形和冷却设备破损等因素影响高炉稳定顺行。同时,受市场影响,高炉入炉原料有了很大变化,品位降低,渣比升高。为适应末期高炉的冶炼,通过强化原燃料管理、出铁管理、合理优化上下部操作制度以及加强炉身炉缸长寿维护等措施,保证了高炉稳定顺行。The No.1 blast furnace of Qinhuangdao Shouqin Metal Materials Co.,Ltd.started operating in 2004 and entered the later stage of furnace service after 13 years of operation.Factors such as aging of blast furnace equipment,deformation of furnace shape,and damage to cooling equipment affect the stability and smooth operation of the blast furnace.Meanwhile,influenced by the market,there have been significant changes in the raw materials used in blast furnaces,with a decrease in grade and an increase in slag ratio.In order to adapt to the smelting of late stage blast furnaces,measures such as strengthening raw material and fuel management,iron production management,rational optimization of upper and lower operating systems,and strengthening the maintenance of furnace body and hearth longevity have been taken to ensure the stable and smooth operation of the blast furnace.
