摘  要:为满足连铸生产数字化、智能化、少人化的建设要求,改善铸坯质量,提高市场竞争力,为建设智能制造工厂奠定基础,对某钢厂板坯连铸机进行改造,采用Siemens SIMOCODE pro V智能马达控制单元以及S120变频器单元完成连铸机的低压电气传动控制;采用操作室集中控制方式,设立集中操作中心,实现操作的智能化,少人化;采用Siemens网管型工业交换机实现千兆环网,并采用Profinet工业以太网方式实现电气设备的通信及控制;增加核心技术包技术,提高铸坯质量;采用数字孪生技术、5G技术、Schneider Electric Acti9 Powertag Link SI B智能网关模块,实现了连铸系统的电气智能化。In order to meet the production of digital,intelligent,less human construction requirements,improve the quality of casting billet and the market competitiveness,lay the foundation for the construction of intelligent manufacturing factories,the continuous casting machine for a steel mill is need to be reformed.Siemens SIMOCODE pro V intelligent motor control unit and S120 inverter unit are used to complete the low-voltage electric drive control.The operation room is centralized and the centralized operation center is set up to realize the intelligent operation and less humanization.Using Siemens managed industrial switch to realize the Gigabit looped network.Profinet industrial Ethernet is used to realize the communication and the control of electrical equipment.Add core technology packages to improve casting quality.Using digital twin technology,5G technology and Schneider Electric Acti9 Powertag Link SI B intelligent gateway module,the intelligent continuous casting system is realized.
