摘  要:针对河钢中厚板3号高炉炉墙结厚进行原因,明确热爆性能差的块矿加量,造渣制度不稳定、烧结矿碱度波动大、焦炭质量变差以及深料线的影响等是造成3号高炉炉墙结厚的主要原因。通过采取及时有效的措施,对各项制度进行微调,辅以小剂量循环插焦,维持炉况顺行,并休风4 h,加净焦热酸洗炉墙,用较小的损失快速恢复炉况稳定,风量加全,产量恢复到正常水平。In order to investigate the causes of wall thickening in Hesteel No.3 blast furnace with medium thick plate,it is clear that the main reasons for wall thickening in the No.3 blast furnace are the amount of block ore with poor thermal explosion performance,unstable slag making system,large fluctuations in sintered ore alkalinity,poor coke quality,and the influence of deep material lines.By taking timely and effective measures to fine tune various systems,supplemented by low-dose circulating coke insertion,the furnace condition was maintained smoothly,and the air was stopped for 4 hours.The furnace wall was cleaned by hot acid washing with clean coke,and the furnace condition was quickly restored to stability with minimal loss.The air volume was increased,and the output was restored to normal level.
