摘 要:ER70S-6X个别批次线材在用户拉拔生产过程中钢丝极易拉毛且频繁脆断,钢丝表面呈鱼鳞状裂纹和倒刺,断头为杯锥形撕裂状,断口有空洞现象,断丝处的钢丝用手轻轻即可折断。针对钢丝脆断严重问题进行原因分析,主要是铸坯中心缩孔和负偏析所致。通过对二冷配水和凝固末端电磁搅拌参数进行优化,并取样进行检测分析,最终确定了“执行1.8 L/kg比水量+无凝固末端电磁搅拌”的最佳生产工艺。工艺改进后,铸坯中心缩孔、白亮带缺陷得到了有效控制。跟踪生产的Φ6.5 mm、Φ5.5 mm规格ER70S-6X焊丝钢盘条发至用户后,拉拔过程再未出现钢丝杯锥形撕裂状断裂、断口有空洞的现象,工艺改进效果显著。This paper analyzes the causes of the serious problem of frequent brittle fracture and easy tearing of the ER70S-6X wire rods during the drawing process by users,with the wire rods showing fish-scale cracks and backward spikes on the surface,cup-conical tearing at the break point,and hollows at the break point.The analysis shows that the main cause is the central shrinkage pores and negative segregation in the billet.Based on the analysis of the causes,the optimal production process of"executing 1.8 L/kg water ratio+no solidification end electromagnetic stirring"was determined through optimization of the secondary cooling water supply and solidification end electromagnetic stirring parameters,sampling and inspection analysis.After the process improvement,the center shrinkage pores and bright band defects in the billet were effectively controlled.After the production of ER70S-6X welding wire rod withΦ6.5 mm andΦ5.5 mm specifications was tracked and sent to the users,no more cup-conical tearing fractures or hollows were found during the drawing process.The improvement effect of the process is good.
