摘　　要：针对某钢铁企业的碳钢钢卷产成品库房智能化设计改造项目,通过详细分析现有库房及库管系统中存在的问题,提出了一套综合智能化改造方案。该方案集成了无人化天车控制、防摇定位技术、天车无线通信系统、三维扫描系统、库区安全管理系统及WMS智能库管系统等软硬件。改造后,实现了从钢卷入库、出库到装车全程无人化操作和智能化管理。结果表明,智能化改造显著提升了库房管理的信息化和智能化水平,提高了整体生产和物流效率,增强了安全管理能力,具有广泛的应用前景。This paper focuses on the intelligent design renovation project for the finished steel coil warehouse of a certain steel enterprise.By thoroughly analyzing the existing issues in the warehouse and its management system,a comprehensive intelligent renovation plan is proposed.This plan integrates various hardware and software systems,including unmanned crane control,anti-sway positioning technology,crane wireless communication system,3D scanning system,warehouse safety management system,and WMS intelligent warehouse management system.After the renovation,the entire process from steel coil entry,storage,to loading is realized through unmanned operation and intelligent management.The results show that the intelligent renovation significantly improves the informatization and intelligence level of warehouse management,enhances overall production and logistics efficiency,and strengthens safety management,indicating broad application prospects.
