摘 要:炼铁厂原料场利用最新的无线通讯、5G、格雷母线定位、3D扫描和视频信号智能分析等先进技术,实现堆取料机无人化作业,建立了自动寻找源头的全流程“一键式”智慧化操控模式。料场智能化改造后,堆料机可智能识别料堆高度,完成自动堆料和取料,大幅提升了作业效率。同时,彻底解决了驾驶员单人单岗作业的风险。The raw material yard of the ironworks utilizes advanced technologies such as wireless communication,5G,Gray bus positioning,3D scanning,and video signal intelligent analysis to achieve unmanned operation of the stacker reclaimer,establishing a fully automated"one click"intelligent control mode for the entire process of finding the source.After the intelligent transformation of the material factory,the stacker can intelligently recognize the height of the material pile,complete automatic stacking and retrieval,greatly improve operational efficiency and personnel efficiency,eliminate a"painful,dirty,and tiring""3D"job position,and completely solve the risk of single person operation for drivers.
