摘 要:为应对钢铁市场严峻的形势,降低产线生产成本,以某钢铁厂300 t转炉生产线为研究对象,开展KR脱硫工艺降低脱硫剂消耗相关研究。通过优化小净空铁包脱硫搅拌参数、合理匹配不同侵蚀程度搅拌桨转速、低成本除尘灰替代脱硫剂以及引入大数据分析等,脱硫剂整体消耗量整体降低0.7 kg/t,铁损降低0.15 kg/t,效果显著。In order to cope with the severe situation of the steel market and reduce production costs,a 300 ton converter production line of a certain steel plant was taken as the research object to carry out research on KR desulfurization process to reduce desulfurizer consumption.By optimizing the desulfurization stirring parameters of the small clearance iron ladle,reasonably matching the stirring blade speed with different degrees of erosion,replacing the desulfurizer with low-cost dust removal ash,and introducing big data analysis,the overall consumption of desulfurizer was reduced by 0.7 kg/t,and the iron loss was reduced by 0.15 kg/t,with significant effects.
