摘 要:环氧树脂具有优异的耐酸碱性、电绝缘性以及较强的机械性能,并且与各种基材之间具有较强粘合力,在防腐领域得到广泛应用。在环氧基防腐涂料中引入超疏水性能得到环氧基纳米复合超疏水防腐涂层可减少涂层与腐蚀环境的直接接触,从而提高涂层的耐久性。本文主要对近年来国内外环氧基纳米复合超疏水防腐涂层的研究进展进行综述,包括涂层的防腐原理,制备方法以及实际应用,最后对其发展前景进行了展望。Epoxy resin has excellent acid and alkali resistance,electrical insulation,and strong mechanical properties,has strong adhesion with various substrates,and is widely used in the field of anti corrosion.Introducing superhydrophobicity into epoxy-based anticorrosion coatings to obtain epoxy-based nanocomposite superhydrophobic anticorrosion coatings can reduce the direct contact between the coating and the corrosive environment,thus improving the durability of the coating.This paper mainly reviews the research progress of epoxy-based nanocomposite superhydrophobic anticorrosive coatings at home and abroad in recent years,including the anticorrosive principle of the coatings,the preparation method and the practical application,and finally looks forward to its development prospect.
