摘　　要：结缔组织病(connective tissue diseases,CTDs)是以多器官、多系统受累为主要表现的一种自身免疫性疾病,起病隐匿、病情复杂,诊断困难。抗U1核糖核蛋白(U1 ribonucleoprotein,U1RNP)抗体是抗可提取性核抗原抗体谱的重要成分,对多种CTDs的诊断和鉴别诊断具有重要临床意义且与脏器受累相关。本文介绍了抗U1RNP抗体的特性,并对近年来关于抗U1RNP抗体在CTDs中的研究进展进行综述,旨在帮助临床工作者提高对抗U1RNP抗体的认识。Connective tissue diseases(CTDs)are autoimmune disorders primarily characterized by the involvement of multiple organs and systems.These diseases often have a hidden onset and complex progression,and are difficult to diagnose.Anti-U1 ribonucleoprotein(U1RNP)antibody is an important component of the anti-extractable nuclear antigen antibody spectrum,which has important clinical significance for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of multiple CTDs and is related to organ involvement.This article introduces the characteristics of anti-U1RNP antibody and provides a comprehensive review of the recent research progress in anti-U1RNP antibodies in CTDs,aiming to help clinical workers better understand anti-U1RNP antibody.
