摘　　要：球形氮化硼(S-BN)是一种由氮化硼微米级单片组成的多晶球体。因其优异的各向同性、比表面积小、导热率高(可达300W/m?K)、介电常数低(3-4)、自润滑性等特点,广泛应用于块体氮化硼陶瓷制备、导热填料、润滑油添加剂、脱模剂等诸多领域,市场潜力巨大。目前国内该类市场90%以上被国外企业垄断,国内只有零星企业在开发该类产品。S-BN is a kind of Polycrystalline sphere composed of BN micron sized monolithic.On account of excellent isotropy,small specific surface area,high thermal conductivity,low dielectric constant and self-lubrication,is widely used in preparation of bulk BN ceramics,heat-conducting fillers,lubricant additives,release agent and so on,the market potential is tremendous.At present,over 90%of this kind of domestic market is monopolized by foreign enterprises,only sporadic domestic enterprises are developing such products.
