摘  要:以2-肼苯丙噻唑为原料,制备了一种新型香豆素基荧光探针,通过核磁共振及高分辨质谱对结构进行表征,利用紫外-可见吸收光谱及荧光光谱研究了探针对CIO^(-)检测能力。实验结果表明:在DMSO/BR(pH11,v/v,1:99)体系中,该探针可排除22种相关物质干扰选择性检测CIO^(-),荧光明显增强且响应迅速,其线性范围为1.0-10.0μmol/L,检测限为68nmol/L。该探针可用于自来水、矿泉水、湖水和84消毒剂样品中CIO^(-)含量检测。Utilizing 2-hydrazinophenylpropylthiazole as the precursor,a newly coumarin-based fluorescent probe was fabricated.And the structure of the probe was confirmed by 1H NMR,13C and HRMS analysis.Its'CIO^(-)-sensing affinity was methodically assessed via UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy and fluorescent spectroscopic analytical techniques.In DMSO/BR buffer(pH11,v/v,1:99),the probe demonstrated a high degree of selectivity and specificity for Cl^(-),exhibiting a considerable ability to discriminate against a diverse panel of 23 potentially reactive species.Characterized by a pronounced enhancement in luminescent intensity and an expedite response time,its calibration curve demonstrated a linear behavior spanning a concentration range from 1.0 to 10.0μmol/L,with an impressively low limit detection of 68 nmol/L.Notably,this investigative tool has been successfully employed to quantify CIO^(-)in various environmental and commercial samples,including tap water,mineral water,lake water,and 84 disinfectant formulations.
