湖南省ABO血型分布及其与恶性肿瘤的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨湖南省ABO血型的分布以及ABO血型与恶性肿瘤的相关性。以期积累本地区血型分布数据,并揭示ABO血型与恶性肿瘤的潜在关联,为辅助疾病诊断以及血液库存管理提供依据。方法收集2016─2023年于中南大学湘雅三医院就诊的具有ABO血型信息的患者及健康体检者的临床资料。研究采用描述性统计分析ABO血型在湖南省的分布情况。卡方检验(Chi-square test,χ^(2))比较恶性肿瘤患者与健康组ABO血型分布是否具有差异。Logistic回归分析计算不同ABO血型人群患某种恶性肿瘤的比值比(Odds Ratio,OR)。结果湖南省的ABO血型分布结果为:O型(35.02%)>A型(34.45%)>B型(22.42%)>AB型(8.10%)。胃癌、结直肠癌、乳腺癌和宫颈癌患者ABO血型分布均为A型>O型>B型>AB型,白血病、淋巴瘤患者ABO血型分布则为O型>A型>B型>AB型,经χ^(2)检验,与健康组相比差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,在湖南省,A型和O型人群患结直肠癌、乳腺癌和宫颈癌的OR显著高于AB型人群;A型人群患胃癌的OR显著高于AB型人群;O型人群患白血病的OR显著高于AB型人群;O型和B型人群患淋巴瘤的OR显著高于AB型人群(P<0.05)。结论湖南省ABO血型分布为O型>A型>B型>AB型,并且在结直肠癌、宫颈癌和乳腺癌患者中,AB型是保护因素;在胃癌和宫颈癌患者中,B型是保护因素;在白血病和淋巴瘤患者中,A型、B型和AB型是保护因素。Objective To discuss the distribution of ABO blood type and the correlation between ABO blood type and malignant tumors in Hunan Province.This is to accumulate blood type distribution data and reveal the potential correlation between ABO blood type and malignant tumors to provide a basis for auxiliary disease diagnosis and blood inventory management.Methods The clinical data of patients with ABO blood type and healthy physical examination subjects in the Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University from 2016 to 2023 were collected.Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the distribution of ABO blood type.The chi-square(χ~2)test was used to compare the distribution of ABO blood types between patients with malignant tumors and healthy groups.Logistic regression analysis was used to calculate the odds ratio(OR)of ABO blood type in tumor groups.Results The ABO blood type distribution In Hunan Province was type O(35.02%)>type A(34.45%)>type B(22.42%)>type AB(8.10%).The ABO blood type distribution in patients with gastric cancer,colorectal cancer,breast cancer and cervical cancer was A>O>B>AB.The ABO blood type distribution in patients with leukemia and lymphoma was O>A>B>AB.The difference was statistically significant compared with the healthy group byχ~2 test(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that in Hunan Province,the OR of colorectal cancer,breast cancer and cervical cancer in people with type A and O was significantly higher than that in people with type AB;the OR of gastric cancer in people with type A was significantly higher than that in people with group AB;the OR of leukemia in people with type O was significantly higher than that in people with type AB;the OR of lymphoma in people with type O and type B was significantly higher than that in people with type AB(P<0.05).Conclusion The ABO blood type distribution in Hunan Province was O>A>B>AB.Type AB is a protective factor in patients with colorectal cancer,cervical cancer and breast cancer;Type B is a protective factor in patients with g
