摘　　要：当前化工装置密闭采样器的使用越来越普遍,各类标准对密闭采样器的设置要求也不尽相同。文章从安全、环保、职业卫生及分析化验操作等多个角度开展密闭采样器设置需求分析,探讨了密闭取样器选型因素,列举了多种不同使用场合的密闭采样器配置方案,明确了密闭采样器的主要使用场合,供化工项目采样设计工作参考使用。The use of airtight samplers in chemical plants is becoming increasingly common,and various standards have different requirements for the setting of airtight samplers.This article analyzes the requirements for setting up sealed samplers from the perspectives of safety,environmental protection,occupational health,and analytical laboratory operations.It explores the factors for selecting airtight samplers,lists various configuration schemes for airtight samplers in different usage scenarios,and clarifies the main usage scenarios of airtight samplers for reference in sampling design work in chemical engineering projects.
