煤基甲醇制乙醇工艺路线分析研究

摘  要:乙醇是国际公认的清洁燃料,也是重要的平台分子,还是理想的无污染高辛烷值车用燃料及添加剂。传统的生物发酵法不仅带来粮食安全问题,并且生产成本高。而我国属于“富煤贫油”的能源结构,煤基甲醇制乙醇工艺的原料甲醇和合成气均可由煤制得,因此,煤基甲醇制乙醇工艺路线更符合我国国情。煤基甲醇制乙醇工艺路线主要有醋酸直接加氢、醋酸酯化加氢和二甲醚羰基化加氢三种路线,通过技术经济分析认为,未来随着工艺技术的进步,甲醇经醋酸直接加氢制乙醇是煤基甲醇制乙醇的最优工艺路线。Ethanol is an internationally recognized clean fuel,an important platform molecule,and an ideal pollution-free high-octane vehicle fuel and additive.The traditional biological fermentation method not only brings food security problems,but also has high production costs.However,China belongs to the energy structure of'rich coal and poor oil'.The raw material methanol and syngas of the coal-based methanol-to-ethanol process can be obtained from coal.Therefore,the coal-based methanol-to-ethanol process route is more in line with China's national conditions.The process route of coal-based methanol to ethanol mainly includes three routes:direct hydrogenation of acetic acid,esterification hydrogenation of acetic acid and carbonylation hydrogenation of dimethyl ether.Through technical and economic analysis,it is considered that with the progress of process technology in the future,direct hydrogenation of methanol to ethanol by acetic acid is the optimal process route of coal-based methanol to ethanol.
