摘 要:通过开展中试试验和工业侧线试验,将石化企业剩余污泥热水解液与污水按一定比例掺入污水厌氧反应装置中,分析厌氧反应装置的COD去除率、沼气产生率,以及厌氧反应装置进水和出水中各固相浓度变化情况。结果表明,污水厌氧反应装置能够稳定消化处理剩余污泥热水解液中的大部分有机物,并产生一定量的沼气。“热水解+污水厌氧反应装置”组合工艺在石化企业进行剩余污泥处置的规划和设计时可提供借鉴和参考。Through pilot and industrial experiments,the excess sludge hydrothermal solution from petrochemical enterprises was mixed with chemical wastewater in a certain proportion into the sewage anaerobic reaction device.The COD removal rate,biogas production rate,and changes in solid phase concentration in the influent and effluent of the anaerobic reaction device were analyzed.The results indicate that the sewage anaerobic reaction device can stably digest and treat most of the organic matter in the remaining sludge hydrothermal solution,and generate a certain amount of biogas.The combination process of"thermal hydrolysis+sewage anaerobic reaction device"provides reference and guidance for the planning and design of residual sludge disposal in petrochemical enterprises.
