摘  要:利用SEM、TEM、常规拉伸和SSRT等试验方法,研究热处理工艺对铁路桥梁用高强度螺栓钢组织性能的影响,以及最佳综合力学性能工艺下的氢脆敏感性。结果表明:试验钢淬透性良好,经880℃淬火后得到典型的马氏体板条组织。回火后,得到回火马氏体组织。随回火温度逐渐升高,试验钢组织逐渐回复软化,抗拉强度由1317 MPa降低至1034 MPa,断后伸长率由9.8%提升至13.4%。当回火温度为540℃时,得到最佳力学性能,此时此时抗拉强度为1287 MPa,屈服强度为1151 MPa,强塑积为16.3 GPa·%,氢脆敏感性指数为35.9%,充氢后SSRT拉伸断口起裂源区为准解理形貌。In this paper,SEM,TEM,conventional tensile and SSRT test methods were used to study the effect of heat treatment on the microstructure properties of high-strength bolt steel for railway bridges,and the sensitivity to hydrogen embrittlement under the best comprehensive mechanical properties process.The results show that the hardenability of the test steel is good,and the typical martensitic slats are obtained after quenching at 880℃.With the gradual increase of tempering temperature,the tensile strength of the test steel gradually returned to soften,the tensile strength decreased from 1317 MPa to 1034 MPa,and the elongation after fracture increased from 9.8%to 13.4%.When the tempering temperature is 540℃,the best mechanical properties are obtained,the tensile strength is 1287 MPa,the yield strength is 1151 MPa,the strong plastic volume is 16.3 GPa·%,the hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity index is 35.9%,and the source area of the SSRT tensile fracture after hydrogen filling is quasi-cleavage morphology.
