摘 要:基于实际热处理生产条件,结合美国材料规范AMS4336规定的7055合金T76双级时效参数及性能指标,采用不同工艺参数对铝合金7055-W511进行T76双级时效处理。对不同时效工艺处理后的试样进行拉伸性能、电导率测试,并采用透射电子显微镜对试样进行显微组织和结构观察,对晶内及晶界析出演变机制进行研究,验证并得出适用于生产实际的7055-T76双级时效工艺最佳参数范围。研究结果表明:一级时效参数对7055合金各项性能影响不大。二级时效参数,尤其是二级时效温度对7055合金各项性能影响较为显著。7055-W511合金经116~121℃×4~6 h+154~160℃×6.5~7.5 h双级时效后,达到T76511状态。此时,合金的综合性能较好,即该时效工艺在保证较高强度的同时,提高了合金的电导率,改善了合金的抗腐蚀性能,满足美国材料规范AMS4336A及工程设计要求。Based on actual heat treatment production conditions,combined with the T76 two-stage aging parameters and performance indicators of 7055 alloy specified in the American material specification AMS3336,different process parameters were used to perform T76 two-stage aging treatment on aluminum alloy 7055-W511.The tensile properties and electrical conductivity of samples treated with different aging processes were tested,and the microstructure and structure of the samples were observed using transmission electron microscopy.The mechanism of precipitation evolution inside and at grain boundaries was studied,and the optimal parameter range for the 7055-T76 two-stage aging process suitable for practical production was verified and obtained.The research results indicate that the primary aging parameters have little effect on the various properties of 7055 alloy.The secondary aging parameters,especially the secondary aging temperature,have a significant impact on the various properties of 7055 alloy.After two-stage aging at 116~121℃for 4~6 hours and 154~160℃for 6.5~7.5 hours,the 7055-W511 alloy reaches the T76511 state.At this time,the comprehensive performance of the alloy is good,that is,the aging process improves the electrical conductivity of the alloy while ensuring high strength,enhances the corrosion resistance of the alloy,and meets the requirements of the American material specification AMS3336A and engineering design.
