摘  要:煤气化耦合直接还原铁工艺流程为:干粉煤加压气化炉经过扩容改造,将煤气化炉煤气压力降到0.6 MPa,粗煤气温度为1500℃,兑入350℃氢气后的温度达到850~950℃,除尘后送入DRI竖炉用于生产DRI。氢气来源于DRI炉顶煤气CO变换得到的H_(2)。该流程粗煤气显热和(H_(2)+CO)用于生产DRI;粗煤气中不含焦油、苯、酚、氨等有害物质,省去了还原气重整炉;简化了水洗煤气污水处理工序,实现了水循环利用;回收的粉尘喷入煤气化炉处理;能耗为344.4 kgce/t,略低于天然气生产DRI的可比能耗。CO_(2)全部被低成本回收,若CO_(2)得到利用或封存就可以实现零碳排。由于煤比天然气、焦炭价格低,使得DRI的能源成本大幅度降低。A coupled process of coal gasification with direct reduction ironmaking is discussed as follows.DRI ironmaking is produced by syngas from dry coal powder pressured gasifier,expanded its capacity,and decompressed to only 0.6 MPa.Hot syngas of 1500℃is mixed with hydrogen of 350℃to form mixed gas of 850~950℃to reduce iron ore in shaft to produce DRI,in which hydrogen is obtained by CO shift reaction from top offgas of shaft.Such a process is environmentally friendly,in which neither tar nor phenol,ammonia is presented so that the waste water treatment could be simplified and cycled.And energy consumption 344.4 kgce/t.DRI is little less than natural gas DRI or blast furnace.Also CO_(2) could be captured and stored easily and cheaply to reach near zero carbon emission.The gasifier could employ almost all kinds of coal,which is much cheaper than CNG and coke in China,so it would be an economically and ecologically competitive process in ironmaking.
