摘 要:采用直接还原方法,经过造球、烘干、还原、磨磁选矿,从赤泥中提取铁粉,生产高附加值、高品位还原铁粉或压块,主要对原料配煤比、焙烧温度、焙烧时间以及磁选强度四大因素进行了研究,并对其设计正交实验L9(3^(4)),观察这四大因素对铁粉品位、铁回收率的不同影响,从而找到在含铁低品位赤泥中提铁制备高品位铁的最佳配比方案。该研究为牢固绿水青山就是金山银山的理念,实现能源有效利用有重要意义。Using the direct reduction method,iron powder is extracted from red mud through balling,drying,reduction,and grinding magnetic beneficiation to produce high value-added,high-grade reduced iron powder or pellets.The four main factors of raw material coal ratio,roasting temperature,roasting time,and magnetic separation intensity were studied,and an orthogonal experiment L9(3^(4))was designed to observe the different effects of these four factors on iron powder grade and iron recovery rate,in order to find the optimal ratio scheme for extracting iron from low-grade red mud containing iron and preparing high-grade iron.This study is of great significance for firmly establishing the concept that green mountains and clear waters are as valuable as mountains of gold and silver,and achieving effective energy utilization.
