摘 要:介绍控制棒结构和制造工艺流程,指出控制棒制造的关键难点是焊接;阐述脉冲TIG焊接原理,指出焊接关键参数为峰值电流、焊接转速、钨极径向距离、钨极轴向距离,并采用单一变量试验法,针对4个主要焊接参数进行大量工艺试验,得到焊接变量的取值范围;缩小变量参数范围,通过“大能量”和“小能量”参数组合试验,验证试验参数的可靠性,并提出控制棒焊接的参数选择范围。This article first describes the structure and manufacturing process of control rods,and points out that the key difficulty in the manufacturing of control rods is welding.Secondly,the principle of pulse TIG welding is explained,and it is pointed out that the key welding parameters are peak current,welding speed,radial distance of tungsten electrode,and axial distance of tungsten electrode.A single variable test method is used to conduct a large number of process experiments on the four main welding parameters,and the range of values of welding variables is obtained.Finally,by narrowing down the range of variable parameters and conducting a combination experiment of"high energy"and"low energy"parameters,the reliability of the experimental parameters is verified,and the parameter selection range for control rod welding is proposed.
