摘 要:随着钢铁企业的快速发展,市场竞争日趋激烈,利润效益空间越来越小,提升钢水质量,降低生产成本,杜绝或减少质量异议等成为钢铁企业生存的关键。汽车零部件、超强钢、高端轴承、高速及重载铁路用钢轨等高效低成本生产技术,成为代表一个钢铁企业综合发展能力的标志之一。技术人员经过攻关研究,开发出了低成本复合喷吹铝基脱硫预处理技术、高效脱磷及复合吹炼控制技术、无铝脱氧技术、转炉终点及钢包钢水窄成分控制技术等,很大程度上降低了钢铁料消耗、合金料消耗和辅原料消耗,实现了高效化低成本冶炼。With the rapid development of the economy,the demand for high-quality steel production with high efficiency and low cost is becoming increasingly strong.However,the rapid development of private steel enterprises has also brought significant impacts to state-owned enterprises.Market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,and profit margins are becoming smaller.Improving the quality of molten steel,reducing production costs,and eliminating or reducing quality objections have become the key to the survival of enterprises.Efficient and low-cost production technologies such as automotive components,high-strength steel,high-end bearings,and high-speed and heavy-duty railway rails have become one of the symbols representing the comprehensive development capabilities of a steel enterprise.Through research and development of low-cost compound injection aluminum-based desulphurization pretreatment technology,efficient dephosphorization and compound blowing control technology,aluminum-free deoxidation technology,converter end point and narrow composition control technology of ladle water,etc.,the steel material consumption,alloy material consumption and auxiliary raw material consumption are reduced to a large extent,and the high efficiency and low cost smelting is achieved.
