铝土矿的波长色散X射线荧光光谱测试法研究

摘　　要：对铝土矿的波长色散X射线荧光光谱测试法方法论建立进行了研究。利用铝土矿标准物质与人工配制校准样品来绘制工作曲线;利用理论α系数法进行校正计算,采用LOI消去,且进行归一计算。结果符合测试需求,并将该法成功应用于实际生产。此种测试法增长了人工配制校准样品的经验,使相关人员进一步认识和了解了LOI消去。Wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry test method for bauxite was investigated.Bauxite standard and manual calibration sample were used to set up the working curve.The theoreticalαcoefficient method was used for the calibration calculation,LOI elimination and normalization calculation was performed.The results meet the testing requirements and are successfully applied to practice.The experience of manual calibration sample was increased,and the LOI elimination was further recognized and understood for related people.
