摘  要:针对某设备用高强钢大跨度异型连接环件,采用环轧成型工艺进行试制。通过数值模拟进行环轧坯料与轧辊设计,模拟结果显示,轧制过程中终轧温度设置合理、金属流动与填充满足产品截面要求、所选设备轧制力满足最大轧制力要求。以模拟结果为依据进行产品试制,实物与数值模拟结果吻合度较高,验证了数值模型的可靠性,为更大直径异型环件、其他截面形式异型环件的制造提供实践经验。A trial production of high-strength steel large-span special-shaped connecting rings for a certain equipment was carried out using ring rolling forming technology.Through numerical simulation,the design of ring rolling billets and rolls was carried out.The simulation results showed that the final rolling temperature was set reasonably during the rolling process,the metal flow and filling met the requirements of the product section,and the selected equipment's rolling force met the maximum rolling force requirement.Based on the simulation results,product trial production was carried out,and the physical and numerical simulation results showed a high degree of agreement,verifying the reliability of the numerical model and providing practical experience for the manufacturing of larger diameter irregular rings and other cross-sectional irregular rings.
