摘  要:不锈钢在加热和热轧过程中会发生氧化,不均匀的氧化或产生的氧化铁皮在后续工序未去除干净,容易产生氧化铁皮类缺陷。采用扫描电镜背散射电子成像技术对氧化铁皮进行研究,通过形貌结合成分分析,获知表面氧化铁皮的成分变化、结构变化,从而更好地指导现场对氧化铁皮进行控制。Stainless steel could be oxidized during heating and hot rolling.Uneven oxidation or oxide scale was not removed cleanly in the subsequent process,which was easy to produce oxide scale defects.In this paper,the oxide scale of stainless steel hot rolled black skin was studied by scanning electron microscopy backscattered electron imaging technology.The composition change and structure change of the surface oxide scale were obtained through morphology combined with composition analysis,so as to better solve the problem of the oxide scale on site.
