摘  要:对厚大断面球铁材质液压后盖铸件本体金相中碎块状石墨缺陷的熔炼材料和造型工艺进行分析,确定了碎块状石墨形成的原因。通过对镁硅铁球化包芯线中的稀土元素进行控制,减少Ce、La等稀土元素奥氏体晶界的偏析,并在铁水浇注包内加入Sb(锑)金属,进一步平衡微量稀土元素的不利影响,有效解决了厚大断面球铁材质后盖本体金相组织中的碎块状石墨。The melting material and molding process of fragmented graphite defects in the gold phase of thick and large section ductile iron hydraulic back cover castings were analyzed,and the reasons for the formation of fragmented graphite were determined.By controlling the rare earth elements in the magnesium silicon iron spheroidized core wire,the segregation of rare earth elements such as Ce and La at austenite grain boundaries is reduced,and Sb(antimony)metal is added to the molten iron casting ladle to further balance the adverse effects of trace rare earth elements,effectively solving the fragmented graphite in the metallographic structure of the thick and large section ductile iron material back cover body.
