摘 要:为了消除方矩管在冷弯成形后产生上下弯曲缺陷,基于三辊矫直技术的应用,设计了一种用于方矩管矫直的矫直装置。详细介绍了该矫直装置的设计需求、整体结构和特性参数等,并运用冷弯专用软件COPRA对方矩管进行建模以及仿真模拟,对比分析了此装置对方矩管的矫直效果。该装置适用于多种规格方矩形管的矫直,可广泛应用于高频直缝焊管行业。In order to eliminate the up and down bending defects of square tube after cold bending,a straightening device for square tube straightening was designed based on the application of three roll straightening technology.The design requirements,overall structure,and characteristic parameters of the straightening device were detailed,and the cold bending software COPRA was used to model and simulate the square tube.The straightening effect of the device on the square tube was compared and analyzed.This device is suitable for straightening various specifications of square and rectangular pipes and can be widely used in the high-frequency straight seam welded pipe industry.
