摘 要:随着矿山采矿方法的变更,山东黄金集团某金矿采矿效率得到提升,原有分级尾砂充填能力不能够满足生产需求。鉴于此,该金矿开展了碎石胶结充填的研究与应用,通过实施充填材料配比方案优选试验,得出适合该金矿的充填料浆配比,并构建碎石胶结充填系统予以实际应用。应用效果表明,A3型废石胶结充填试验配比方案(水泥质量∶水质量∶粉煤灰质量∶废石质量为1∶3.2∶3∶5)是合理可行的,应用碎石胶结充填技术,在实现井口废石重复利用的基础上,解决了该金矿分级尾砂充填站充填能力不足问题。With the change of mining methods,the mining efficiency of a gold mine in Shandong Gold Group has been improved,and the original graded tailings filling capacity cannot meet production needs.In view of this,the gold mine has conducted research and application on gravel cemented filling.Through the implementation of optimal filling material ratio experiments,the suitable filling slurry ratio for the gold mine has been obtained,and a gravel cemented filling system has been constructed for practical application.The application effect shows that the A3 type waste rock bonding and filling test ratio scheme(cement quality:water quality:fly ash quality:waste rock quality is 1:32:3:5)is reasonable and feasible.The gravel bonding and filling technology solves the problem of insufficient filling capacity of the graded tailings filling station of the gold mine on the basis of realizing the reuse of waste rock at the wellhead.
