摘  要:优化粗杂铜的制样方法,以提高检验的准确性和公正性。通过对直接打磨法和试金炉熔融法两种制样技术研究,分析这两种方法在铜品位、金品位、银品位测定及样品均匀性方面的差异。结果显示,直接打磨法在铜品位较高样品中可能偏高,而熔融法在所有样品中均表现出较好的均匀性和准确性。结论指出,应根据样品特性和分析需求选择合适的制样方法,并建议加强制样过程的标准化和自动化、建立严格的样品管理制度、加强人员培训、关注环保和可持续发展,以提升制样效率和质量。The aim of this study is to optimize the sample preparation method of coarse copper,so as to improve the accuracy and fairness of the test.The research methods include comparing the direct grinding method and the gold assaying furnace melting method,and analyzing the difference of copper grade,gold grade,silver grade and sample uniformity by experiment.The results show that the direct grinding method may be on the high side in higher copper grade samples,while the melting method shows better uniformity and accuracy in all samples.It is suggested that the standardization and automation of sample preparation process should be strengthened,a strict sample management system should be established,and personnel training should be strengthened,pay attention to environmental protection and sustainable development to improve sample preparation efficiency and quality.
