摘  要:基于对踏面进行超声波探伤和CIVA仿真软件详细分析ISO5948标准制作对比试块时,受踏面形状影响,同一踏面不同位置,缺陷定量误差较大,不同踏面位置同一深度平底孔检测存在一定差异,且斜率越大,误差越大。为确保定量的精准性,重新设计踏面对比试块以及对车轮踏面进行超声波探伤时计分区检测,通过水浸相控阵探伤方法,实际验证按该方法探伤结果的精确度为±3 dB以内,同时提供一种踏面形状的对比试块检测另外一种踏面形状时,可采用CIVA仿真对比不同位置的波高当量差值,对检测灵敏度进行补偿的思路。This article is based on the ultrasonic flaw detection of the tread and the detailed analysis of the CIVA simulation software for ISO5948 standard.Due to the influence of the tread shape,there is a large quantitative error in the detection of defects at different positions on the same tread.There are also some differences in the detection of flat-bottom holes at the same depth on different tread positions,and the larger the slope,the greater the error.In order to ensure the accuracy of quantification,the tread comparison block is redesigned and the ultrasonic flaw detection of the wheel tread is divided into zones for detection.The accuracy of the flaw detection results by this method is verified to be within±3dB through water immersion phased array flaw detection method.At the same time,this article provides a way of thinking.When testing a tread shape with another tread shape,the equivalent difference value can be compared using CIVA simulation and the detection sensitivity can be compensated.
